When we live with purpose— when we slow down and take stock of what is truly important to us— and when we voluntarily let go of what isn’t, something quiet but powerful happens.
We begin to live more truthfully.
Not according to expectations.
Not according to pace or pressure.
But on our own terms.
For me, this season is about discernment.
Choosing small, intimate communities over crowded rooms.
Teaching instead of performing.
Hosting instead of hustling.
Serving where my presence actually matters.
It’s choosing what brings genuine joy—and releasing what no longer feels aligned, even if it once did.
This year is not about doing more.
It’s about listening more closely.
What’s worked.
What’s working.
What I want more of.
What still needs to be set down.
This kind of reflection isn’t passive.
It’s preparatory.
It’s the chrysalis stage—necessary, unseen, and sacred.
Because when the time comes to move forward, I don’t want to crawl back into old patterns.
I want to take flight—rooted in integrity, guided by fierce grace, and grounded in what feels deeply true.
This isn’t about slowing down for the sake of it.
It’s about living in alignment with my soul purpose—now.
If this resonates, you’re not behind. You’re listening.
