About

I’m Sandi Greene—a teacher, meditation guide, writer, and lifelong student of what it means to live well.

At 78, I’m less interested in becoming someone new than in becoming fully present to the life that is already here.

My path has led me through meditation, mindfulness, yoga philosophy, healthy aging, spiritual inquiry, and lifelong learning. Today, I teach through Osher Lifelong Learning at the University of Utah, serve on the Board of Trustees at First Unitarian Church of Salt Lake City, and am completing my meditation teacher certification with the Davidji Meditation Academy.

The Art of Living Well is where these threads come together—a place to explore how we might live with greater presence, vitality, curiosity, meaning, and inner peace.

I don’t believe anything essential is missing from us. Sometimes we simply need enough stillness to remember.

Nothing essential is missing.
